Meet Janelle Moore
Birth and Postpartum Doula
Hi! I’m Janelle, a labor and postpartum doula serving families in the East and West Valley. An Arizona native, I adore the desert, road trips, hiking, and worshipping with my guitar. From a young age, I knew my calling was to serve others—a journey that has taken me around the world, working with children, families, and individuals in many capacities. No matter where life has led me, my heart has always been in walking alongside others in their most transformative moments.
I discovered birth work in early 2023 while supporting a loved one in labor. Witnessing her strength and resilience, I realized that every woman and every couple deserves a steady pillar of support. That experience lit a fire in me, deepening my passion to nurture and empower families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
As a birth doula, I emphasize teamwork, birth planning, evidence-based education, advocacy, and creating an atmosphere of dignity, strength, and peace. I meet families where they are—whether they’ve just discovered they’re expecting or are weeks from birth—providing continuous support, prenatal education, and postpartum care tailored to their needs. Whether it’s offering encouragement, hands-on comfort, or preparing a meal while parents rest, I’m honored to serve in whatever way is most helpful.
I believe life is a precious gift, and every birth is sacred. My joy is in holding space for families, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey. I would love to connect and walk alongside you in this beautiful season of life!
Why I got into birthwork:
My heart is to see mothers empowered daily with the strength, support and educational resource that they deserve as they and their family prepare to welcome their newest into the world.
